For those who haven’t yet done a Fraxel Laser procedure, I wanted to demonstrate a typical Fraxel procedure with a recent patient.
Highlighted here, you’ll see the steps from initial numbing cream to help ease any burning sensations, to set-up and laser passes covering the face areas, to a final cold compress.
This patient wanted to remove brown spots and improve skin texture and overall rejuvenate the skin with a more youthful appearance. After our initial consultation, I suggested a Fraxel treatment because it provides the optimum capabilities not only to remove brown spots, but to improve the appearance of her fine lines. We started by applying a topical numbing cream to the face for about 60 mins. Then cleansed the face to remove the numbing cream and began with the Fraxel Laser treatment carefully rolling it all over the face for a few passes.
This procedure here took about 20-25 mins After a few days post-procedure, her skin gradually peeled, revealing a radiant, more youthful complexion, and (most importantly) most brown spots decreased significantly.
